Meet Stephanie
Founder & Community Educator
Hi, I’m Stephanie Alicata, nationally certified MHFA Instructor and founder of Lighthouse MHFA. My goal is to bring meaningful mental health conversations into everyday spaces such as workplaces, classrooms, families, and communities. It's not always easy to know how to talk about mental health or how to support someone who's having a hard time. By sharing MHFA, my hope is that we can strengthen the community together from the inside.

A Light in the Dark
This project is inspired by my grandmother, Dorothy, who
was a guiding light in my life--and who loved lighthouses!
When someone is navigating a dark moment, we can be
that steady light, offering care, connection, and hope
while they find their way forward.
