2. Class Registration and Payments
When you register for a class, please provide accurate personal information.

Payments are due at the time of registration. All sales are final unless a class is canceled by Lighthouse MHFA. If a class is canceled, you will receive a full refund.

3. Attendance and Participation
By registering, you agree to participate respectfully and responsibly in all classes.

We reserve the right to remove participants who disrupt the learning environment to ensure a safe and supportive space for everyone.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (including text, graphics, logos, and course materials) is the property of Lighthouse MHFA, The National Council (Official Mental Health First Aid), and any partner organizations we support—and is protected by copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission from the respective owner.

5. Limitation of Liability
Our Mental Health First Aid classes are designed to teach skills and provide education, not to replace professional mental health care. Think of MHFA as CPR for wellbeing! It helps you respond in the moment, but it’s not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or medication guidance.

Our goal is to equip you with skills and strategies that can make a positive difference. Each person’s experience is personal, so while these tools are helpful for many, outcomes may naturally vary.
